Material uncertainty over going concern
The directors' intention is that the Company will be wound up once its existing assets and liabilities are settled. The accounts have therefore been prepared on the basis that the Company is not a going concern. This is further discussed in note 10. (Page 3). Due to the effective cessation of trade, these financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis, but due to the nature of the remaining assets and liabilities, the amounts presented do not differ from the values which would have been presented had the going concern basis been adopted. (Page 22)
