“Based on a review of the results for the year, subsequent management accounts, and consideration of the ongoing operating cashflow of the Group and its subsidiaries, the direcotrs have concluded that it remains appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis. The Directors have considered the financial position of the Group, its budgets and forecasts, including the timing of repayment of shareholder loans and have concluded that the Company and the Group are able to meet their liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors have thesefore concluded that it remains appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
