“The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Group will continue operations for the foreseeable future. The Group's ability to meet future working capital requirement and therefore continue as a going concern is dependent on it being able to maintain its cash flow. Given the entity's positive net asset position and that it is profit making, the business is well placed to operate within its existing cash resources. Additionally, the ultimate parent company, DoIT International (Israel) has been successful in raising investment and will support its subsidiaries if necessary. The Group is therefore in a strong position to continue trading for the foreseeable future.”
