“The directors have completed a thorough assessment about the ability of Tradeweb Execution Services Limited to continue as a going concern covering a period of at least 12 months from expected signing date. Stress testing is carried out as part of our ICARA process and has been considered as part of the assessment. The directors assessed the financial and operational resilience of the Company, assessing cash balances and cash flow forecast. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves. The Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in performance, show that the Company is able to operate within the level of its current cash reserves and continue to maintain the required capital. After making enquiries the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
