“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources and backing from its shareholders to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, in keeping with the companies long term investment plan. Thus, the directors continue to adapt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

The business plan for the company includes an expectation that performance of the system will degrade over its operational life at a rate standard for battery storage systems. There still remains a risk that energy yield may be less (or more) than modelled. The project was financed on an assumption that realistic downsides would not materially jeopardise the project. The company will continue to monitor performance against the modelled plan.”
