“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's and the parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Additionally, on 2 January 2025, the Company received the second tranche of its venture debt facility of $2,500,000. A further $2,500,000 is available to the Company until January 2026. The company also received significant further investment after the year end including £12 million for share capital. After year end, the company entered into a new office lease which resulted in future financial commitments totalling £1,329,750 over the life of the lease.”
