The going concern statement is detailed in full in note 2.2 of the Notes to the Financial Statements. The financial statements, prepared on the going concern basis, assume that the Company will generate sufficient working capital to continue operational existence for the foreseeable future.”

Significant events

• “In November 2024, explosions occurred in two of the vessel's cargo holds while transporting coal from the United States. Investigations attributed the incident to elevated methane levels within the coal cargo at the time of loading. As at the reporting date, arrangements for the removal of the cargo were still ongoing. The cargo was successfully removed in June 2025 and, at the date of approving these financial statements, the vessel was being prepared for transit to a shipyard for repairs. The costs associated with the repairs are covered under the vessel's hull and machinery insurance.”
