“At 31 December 2024 the Group, of which the Company is a part, held cash of £1,717,000 with net assets of £4,903,000. The Directors have prepared detailed cash flow forecasts to the end of 2026 which include the use of debt financing to deliver the long-term objectives of the Group. This external funding was secured in H1 2025. The Group is also in advanced negotiations with existing customers for further contracts, which the Directors are confident of securing and will provide significant, additional cash flows starting during H2 2025. On this basis the Directors remain confident the Group, and Company, continues to be a going concern and therefore continue to adopt the Going Concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the Financial Statements.”
