“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which was made possible through the successful completion of the Company Voluntary Arrangement in April 2023. This reduced the obligations of the business to manageable levels and allowed the Group to continue to trade and contribute to the local economy. The Directors have performed a robust analysis and considered all relevant information, including the profitable trading position of the business since the balance sheet date, annual budgets and forecast future cash flows. The directors are therefore satisfied that the Group can meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The directors are therefore of the opinion that it is appropriate to prepare these statements on a going concern basis.”

It was confirmed as at 21 November 2025 that all payments were made under the CVA and the Company has fulfilled all its obligations. No liability remains.”
