Management have considered the information contained in the financial statements, the business plan, and the profit and cash flow projections and subjected these to sensitivity and stress tests. On the basis of the assessment carried out, management have determined that, in their opinion, the group has adequate resources to continue to meet its contractual obligations as they fall due.”
