“The Company maintains a continuing contractual arrangement with a related party, ensuring the recovery of its expenses at a fixed rate. This arrangement has enabled the Company to report a net profit after tax for the year ended 31 March 2025. The Company's net current assets stood at £2,909,838 compared to £2,485,968 at the previous year end. The Company has entered a new agreement with a related party with regards to its net gaming revenue and provides services not limited to market strategy, game advisory, know your customer (KYC), onboarding, human resource and market support. Both contractual arrangements are expected to continue for the foreseeable future, at least for a period of 12 months after the signing of these financial statements and as such the Directors consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
