Going concern
Affirmed

“The company made a loss during the year ended 31 March 2025 of £85,701 and, as of that date the company's current assets exceeded its current assets by £518,915. However, since that date, as a result of actions taken by management, the company has returned to profitability, and has continued to generate cash and meet its regulatory requirements. Management expects this positive trading to continue, and has prepared forecasts which support this, covering at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, which demonstrate that the company has the ability to continue as a going concern. Management accepts that there is still some uncertainty with respect to this assertion, but feels that the actions they have taken, and their ability to reduce costs further, reduce the regulatory cash requirement in the business or obtain additional funding mitigates this to an acceptable level.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-06 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
