“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. For the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company was in a loss making and net liability position. The Company has also been forecasted to be loss making for the next twelve months from the end of the financial year. This has significantly impacted the going concern status of the Company and a letter of support has been obtained, confirming the group will provide financial support for the foreseeable future. The group has a forecasted cash runway of over 24 months with no further investment. The UK entity is considered the main vehicle for the group, as a result, resources are centered on continued funding for the UK. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to apply the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
