The parent entity has determined that obtaining additional capital contributions would alleviate this uncertainty. As a result the parent entity is implementing its plan to raise additional capital from its existing owners and new investors in the coming months. The parent entity raised $4,975,000 through convertible notes, with $2,350,000 coming subsequent to year-end, and has plans for an additional convertible notes raise of up to $6,000,000 in 2025.”
