“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

- “The last 12 months has continued to see generally good market performance but with bouts of very high volatility, particularly in relation to speculation around interest rates, which led to sharp decline in markets in August 2024. Latterly, the US election, and subsequent policy decisions, of President Donald Trump became the biggest driving force, the most significant development being the speculation and imposition of global trade tariffs. Despite the volatility, revenue out performed budget by 4.2%, and operating profit by 5%. Assets under management at 31.03.25 were £518m, resulting in a 13% growth across the year. New funds introduced accounted for 9% and growth in NAV 4%.”
