Going concern
Affirmed

“In making their assessment of going concern the directors have considered the progress of development and construction of the solar farm, future projections of financial performance over the life of the solar farm and events subsequent to the balance sheet date. Development and construction of the solar farm has progressed during 2024 with the projected performance of the solar farm profitable over its useful life. At the date of this report, the Company is reliant upon the loan provided by RE Infrastructure Opportunities Holding S.à r.l., Luxembourg, the immediate parent company, to continue the development of the solar farm. This support has been confirmed in writing by all of the aforementioned companies. RE Infrastructure Opportunities Holding S.à r.l., has given assurance that it will not seek repayment of the loan unless the underlying value of the investment has been realised. Consequently, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2019 → FY2020 · period ending 2020-12-31 vs 2019-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
