“After making enquiries, the Sole Director has formed a judgement at the time of approving the financial statements that the Company will have access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making this assessment the Sole Director has considered the going concern status for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements and evaluated sensitivities to the Company's business plan. The Sole Director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
