“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Trustees assess whether the use of going concern is appropriate and whether there are any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the charity to continue as a going concern. The Trustees believe there are adequate resources which will enable the charity to meet its liabilities and continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Trustees have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

• “During our 2024 Easter holiday period, children who attended sessions prior to Easter Sunday were each given an Easter egg which had been donated through our extensive network of partners and businesses.”
• “Our Summer delivery saw the Hubb Foundation provide its millionth meal since inception back in 2018.”
• “Lord Bamford and JCB staff donated over 2,000 Christmas presents directly to the Hubb to distribute across our network of schools, community groups and organisations.”
• “The HAF contract extension was confirmed by the Department for Education to provide much needed funding until January 2026.”
