“These financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. Management believe that this is appropriate as they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being the 12 months following the date of this report. The global economic environment has been buffeted by a number of factors over the last year, including the war in Ukraine, the rising price of energy, and inflation, amongst others. The full extent to which these may impact the Company's results, operations, and liquidity is uncertain. Having performed the above analysis, management believes the Company has sufficient liquidity or committed capital to meet its liabilities through 31 May 2026, via cash currently in the bank and available funding mitigations, and that the preparation of the financial statements on a going concern basis remains appropriate as the Company expect to be able to meet its obligations as and when they fall due for the foreseeable future.”
