“The Company had net current liabilities of (£89,389) as at 31 March 2025. Notwithstanding the net liabilities position and the loss for the year, the Directors believe it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Based on forecasts, stress testing and the availability of group support, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and have concluded that no material uncertainties exist that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
