“The Directors have reviewed the Company's investments, business continuity plans for the Company and service providers and have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements as they expect the Company to be in a position to continue operations. As at 31 December 2024, the Company has a net current liability position of $23,194,496 principally comprised of loan notes due to the Company's immediate parent. The Company's immediate parent, Searchlight Opportunities Fund LP, will continue to provide financial support to the Company as current liabilities fall due.”
