- “Subsequent to the financial year-end, the parent company was unable to repay the intercompany loan in the sum of €2, 518,188 due for settlement in December 2025. As a direct consequence of the parent company's failing to repay the loan the company has engaged in negotiations with Bond Holders concerning deferring the repayment date of the bonds which were due in December 2025 until 30th June 2026. These negotiations have yet to be concluded.”
