“Geopolitical and macroeconomic factors continue to render business prospects uncertain and impossible to predict, however as the Company has demonstrated over the last two years, the business is well prepared for ongoing periods of disrupted activity should they arise. A significant proportion of its revenues are contractually secured and therefore not dependent on new fundraisings or deployment activities. The Directors have reviewed stressed forecasts which include material reductions in variable revenues. On the basis of these, the directors consider that the Company has the financial resources to continue in operation throughout such a period. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
