“At the balance sheet date the company had net current liabilities of £692,255 and negative shareholders funds of £538,414. The company 's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on the continuous support of all providers of working capital support on similar terms and conditions to those currently in existence. The Directors are confident that, with the combination of improved trading results, the continuing support of funders and creditors, and the strategic benefits delivered by the new shareholder, the Company has adequate resources to continue trading for the foreseeable future.”
