“The director believes that the Company continues to be well placed to manage its business risks successfully. Accordingly, there is a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and as such the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the Financial Statements. The Company obtained a letter of support from its affiliate company, JB Drax Honoré (UK) Limited including a confirmation that JB Drax Honoré (UK) Limited will not collect its intercompany receivable until such a time that the Company is in a position to repay. In addition, JB Drax Honoré (UK) Limited is willing to provide immediate, unrestricted financial support to the Company in case of any financial difficulties that arise, provided that the Company's Board has provided a reasonable application for that purpose. In such a case, additional funds will be provided to ensure that the Company will be able to continue as a going concern.”
