“The directors have concluded that should there be an economic event resulting a the significant decrease in the revenue receipts from the Mortgage Loans, the credit enhancement provided to the Company in the form of the Reserve Funds is sufficient to cover the interest due on the Notes and the expense obligations of the Company for a period in excess of 12 months following the date of approval of this annual report and financial statements. For this reason, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
