“The directors have assessed the Balance Sheet and likely future cash flows at the date of approving these financial statements. Whilst the Group is loss making, it raised equity financing from external investors during 2024. Due to the Company being a holding company costs are minimal, however it provides financial support to all its subsidiaries which are at various stages of the business lifecycle. At the date of signing, net assets of the Group were sufficient to to meet its forecast liabilities as they fall due, for over 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Therefore the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The directors have run a number of scenarios on the business plan which includes a reduction in new business across all territories the Group operates in, closure of territories and, both conservative and aggressive assumptions relating to adoption of the product. These forecasts show that in these scenarios the Group has adequate resources to operate beyond 2025.”
