“The Directors have prepared a cash flow forecast taking into account all expected cash flows for 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The Group has run an extreme downside scenario of an immediate reduction in sales volume, and therefore revenue and variable costs, to nil. This is done to identify risks to liquidity. After applying the downside sensitivities, the Directors have not identified any material uncertainties to the group's ability to continue to operate over a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and to continue to meet it's liabilities as they fall due. Therefore, the directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
