Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future. The directors therefore believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Further details for the basis upon which the directors have formed this opinion are found in note 2 to the financial statements. The group has a loan liability of £2,400,000 at 31 March 2025 which is repayable on demand, within 30 days of notice being served. The lender has confirmed that they have no current intention of requesting repayment of the loan. The directors are also confident that the lender will not seek repayment of their oan until the group is able to comfortably finance such repayment. Based on the above the directors believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result from the basis of preparation being inappropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
