“The Company had net assets at 31 December 2024 of £3,335,000 (2023: £1,962,000). The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Consequently, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the approval date of these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
