“The Directors have reviewed the Group's trading projections, cash flow forecasts and financial plans for the foreseeable future and confirm that the Group has significant resources that are more than adequate to allow it to meet its obligations for a period of twelve months from the signing of these accounts. With a robust balance sheet, growing revenues and resolute banking support, the Directors are confident in the Group's ongoing viability. As such, the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis. The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, not withstanding net liabilities of £1,677,218 (2023 - £1,916,663), on the understanding that the directors and the companies under common control will continue to provide financial support if it is required and, accordingly, the financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result if this support were not forthcoming.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
