“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis notwithstanding the incurred losses during the year and the net liability position of £1,148,000 as at 31 March 2025 (2024: net liability £1,148,000). The Company is dependent on the financial support of its parent company, which continues to be forthcoming. Consequently, the Company considers that it has sufficient cash to meet its anticipated cash requirements for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
