  Material uncertainty over going concern

  On 10th April 2025, Vida Bank Limited repurchased all mortgage assets from the Company. The Company has extended the Barclays funding facility until April 2026. It is the intention of the directors to have the Company liquidated as the special purpose of the Company to the group has been fulfilled. As funding is anticipated to terminate on the funding expiry date, the Company would then cease trading and accordingly, the going concern basis of accounting is not appropriate and the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern.
