“For the year ended 31 December 2024, the company's operations generated a loss after tax of £2,667,789. As at 9 July 2025, Bolt Services UK Limited has received a letter of support from its ultimate controlling party Bolt Technology OÜ that confirms it will provide the company such financial support as is necessary to enable the company to continue as a going concern and to meet all liabilities and will not seek repayment of the intercompany balances as they fall due for a period at least 15 months from the date of the letter of support. The directors have satisfied themselves of Bolt Technology OÜ's intent and ability to provide support. On this basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue as a going concern and settle its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and the financial statements were prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “On 24 March 2025, The Upper Tribunal released their decision on the company being allowed to apply the Tour Operator Margin Scheme ("TOMS") to the resupply of transportation services provided. This decision confirmed the decision reached in the First Tier Tax Tribunal. HMRC has asked for permission to appeal the decision to the Court of Appeal, which has been granted in May 2025.”
- “Bolt's worker status case was heard at the Employment Tribunal in September 2024. The Employment Tribunal decision was handed down in November 2024 and found that Bolt drivers should be recognised as workers. The financial liability remedies hearing is scheduled to take place in Q2 2026. On 20 December 2024, Bolt filed an appeal against the Employment Tribunal Judgment.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
