As at the reporting date, the Company has not received a formal waiver from the bank in relation to this breach. The directors consider it unlikely that the bank will take action in respect of the covenant breach, based on ongoing communications and the Company's performance. Nevertheless, the covenant remains in breach since year end, and the directors continue to monitor the situation closely.
