“During the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company recorded a comprehensive loss of US$176,000 (2023: US$543,000), the Company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by US$7,247,000 (2023: US$7,554,000) and it is in a net shareholder's surplus position of US$9,898,000 (2023: US$10,524,000).
