- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During 2024, the global economy was continued to be impacted by the Cost-of-Living crisis as well as higher interest rates. This had a significant negative impact on individuals and businesses.”
- “The continuing war from Russia's invasion of the Ukraine has continued to be a source of global economic unrest, with additional pressure on energy prices. This has been exacerbated further with unrest in the Middle East.”
- “2024 also witnessed a change in government in the United Kingdom as well as in the Unites States of America. The re-election of Donald Trump as the President of the USA also led to significant volatility in the global markets.”
- “Amaiz fully implemented 'Issuing' in 2023. This was followed by the implementation of SDK finance as Amaiz's core banking ledger. As of July 2024, Amaiz's infrastructure was complete as a minimal viable product which we will continue to develop as with any Fintech in the industry. Amaiz issues its own Mastercard branded cards and has brought transaction processing in-house.”
- “As an approved as member of SWIFT (BIC AMZIGB22), Amaiz would be able to further enhance its international payments and correspondent banking services. This has been challenging due to the capabilities of various banking partners. This is still ongoing in 2025.”
- “On 20 March 2025, the company issued 500,000 £1 Ordinary shares at par and on 14 July 2025 issued a further 500,000 £1 Ordinary shares at par. The company's existing shareholder subscribed for these shares. All shares have been fully paid.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
