“The Directors have concluded that the Company has sufficient resources to continue as a going concern over the going concern assessment period to 31 March 2027 and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. To mitigate the risk that funding requirements may increase beyond the forecast funding requirements which are already committed by the shareholders, the directors have received letters of support from the shareholders indicating that the shareholders will provide financial support over the going concern period to enable the Company to meet its financial liabilities as and when they fall due. Each shareholder has provided a letter of support relating to their relative shareholding. The shareholders have confirmed to the Directors that they have the ability to provide such support. As at 31 March 2025, the Company's current liabilities exceed its current assets by £74.3m. The directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient resources to settle the current liabilities as they fall due.”

• “In March 2026 Doggerbank Offshore Wind Farm Project 1 Projco Limited disposed of interest rate swap hedging equal to 15% of the interest rate swaps which are held to hedge the floating interest rate on generation senior debt facilities. The disposal resulted in net proceeds of £40.7m after the deduction of transaction costs. New interest rate swaps were placed by Doggerbank Offshore Wind Farm Project 1 Projco Limited in March 2026 to hedge exposure to floating rate of interest on generation senior debt facilities for the period from March 2026 to December 2028.”
