Affirmed

“In September 2024 the group refinanced its existing £4m bank facility to a new £5m bank facility with HSBC Innovation Banking, resulting in a cash inflow. In October 2024 the group completed a Series B funding round, issuing new B Preferred shares for total consideration of $5.25m. ... Based on these cash flow projections and considering the robust cash balance as at 31 December 2024 following the debt and equity raises, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and company possess adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”

Year-on-year

FY2021 → FY2022 · period ending 2022-12-31 vs 2021-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
