“Forecasts have been prepared that show that the company is able to operate for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have made enquiries of the directors of these entities with regards to the repayment of the loans the company has with them. As detailed in note 10, the loans are repayable upon demand by the lender. The directors understand that they will not be called unless the company has the ability to make the repayment. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
