- “The Genesis Provision discussed in note 19 was subsequently settled on 4 April 2024. The relevant transaction ID is listed in the RDX Finance Ltd Crypto-Trading record. In February 2025, the Company received notice from a key customer regarding the termination of their contract, which takes effect after a two-month notice period. Consequently, the directors have made the decision to liquidate the business.”
