“The directors have reviewed financial projections and cash forecasts under various scenarios over a one-year period to the end of Q1 2027, which illustrate adequate levels of liquidity and capital for this period. In summary, the directors are satisfied that the actions being taken to manage the capital and liquidity position of the Company are aligned to the strategic objectives of the Company and that the Company will be able to meet its debts as they fall due for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
