“As at the year ended 31 December 2024, the company made a loss of £1,968,973 and is expected to be loss making in the foreseeable future. The company is reliant on the financial support of its parent company, Dynamic Innovations Limited, for funds. There's uncertainty over the ability of the parent to continue this support as it is loss making and has a net current liability position as at the year ended 31 December 2024. Accordingly, a material uncertainty exists over the ability of the company to continue as a going concern. Nevertheless, the directors have obtained a letter of support from the parent company and are confident that the company can rely on the financial support of its parent company as the parent company has sufficient cash to support the company so it can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
