“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company made a profit after tax of £1,018,614 during the year, reporting net current assets of £3,518,340 and an overall net asset position of £3,518,340. The Directors have reviewed the Company's forecasts and budgets and are satisfied that the company has sufficient resource to continue trading for at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
