Material uncertainty over going concern
The shareholder is currently in the process of completing sale of the Company by way of share transfer ensuring that all liabilities and other debts will be fully transferred. At the signing date, the formal process of sale is in progress and is expected to complete within next 12 months. Once this exercise is complete, the management expects the residual value left in the shareholders funds will be fully transferred to the buyer in an orderly manner. At this stage, the Company is expected to cease trading, Accordingly, the Directors have decided to prepare the financial statements on a basis other than that of a going concern.
