“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Board's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

- “The Company was incorporated on 11 May 2017 and issued its first bond on the London Stock Exchange on 7th June 2017. The bond was a £160m 35-year fixed rate bond, with an annual coupon of 3.212% with an additional £90m retained for future use, giving a total bond of £250m. £25m of this was drawn during 2021/22, and a further £40m during 2023/24, leaving £25m undrawn.”
- “The bond was due to expire in June 2022 and the life of the remaining £25m was extended. A tap of £150m was also carried out, increasing the total value of the bond to £400m with undrawn funds of £175m.”
