“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The parent company and group incurred a net loss after tax of £627,205 for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 and had net liabilities of £354,399 as at the balance sheet date. In March 2025, the parent company and group received £100,000 in funding, to support operations in the short term. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation based on the continued support of the investors that the parent company and group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least a period of twelve months following the approval of these financial statements. The group has prepared detailed forecasts of its future working capital requirements. Based on these forecasts and analysis, and confirmation from the group's shareholders that they will continue to support the group in order that it can meet its working capital requirements for the foreseeable future, the directors deem that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
