These financial statements have not been prepared on a going concern basis, as the Company's shareholders have approved a plan for the Company to enter into a solvent liquidation within the foreseeable future. This is due to the business closing its Middle East trading and the subsidiary entity YNAP Middle East General Trading becoming a service entity resulting in no need for the continued operation of this entity. As a result, the Company will cease trading and realise its assets and settle its liabilities in the ordinary course of the liquidation.
