The company is a subsidiary of FC (Douglas) Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man. The company currently have access to short term loan financing available from Commercial Finance Opportunities Sub-Fund (via its 100% owned subsidiary London S.a.r.l), which is due for repayment on 31 December 2025. This is expected to be extended post year end. However, Nucleus Business Cash Advance Limited are no longer accepting new loan applications and currently have no intention to trade after the outstanding sums are recovered or written off. As a result, they do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
