“The directors believe that the Group and Company has adequate financial resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future, considered to be 12 months from the signing of these financial statements and accordingly the annual financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. This is based on forecasts and projections which included an assessment of a range of scenarios including a severe but plausible scenario. The directors are satisfied that even in a severe stress scenario, the Group and Company has sufficient liquidity to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the directors are satisfied that the Group and Company is in a sound financial position, and they are not aware of any new material changes that may adversely impact the Company. The directors are also not aware of any material non-compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements or of any pending changes to legislation which may affect the Group and Company.”
